If you are not Microsoft Dynamics partner, you are missing out on some really nice tools!!!!

Here's a great example of a tool you are missing out on. In fact it's way more than just a tool, it's a whole TOOL BOX! It's called Sure Step, and it's a methodology that brings together all of the supporting documentation and forms and process and PowePoint Presentation templates  and ...... that help partners manage there opportunities all the way through implementation.. and I'm here to tell you that this is worth MEGA BUCKs ..... Billions .. Trillions ..... OK maybe I get a little excited now and then .... but really, this is worth the price of admission. All a partner needs to do is be on a service plan and you get it for FREE!!!! And you have tons of people at Microsoft Dynamics that are always updating and extending the functionality....
