Watch the PDC videos - they are free!
I was one of the lucky ones to get to PDC this year, but if you didn't, all the sessions are available to watch for free! You even get the choice of video format including lower res options; allowing you to take the PDC with you where every you go. Ok, that sounded a little too like marketing, but if you are spending time on the train, bus, ... then why not get up to speed with the technologies that will shape our industry for the next few years. Some of the sessions still seem be be being encoded, so if the format you want isn't there you will have to try again in a bit.
The biggest problem of being at PDC is that you can only be in one session at once. As there are about 12 or so sessions running simultaneously, the decision of which one to attend is a big one. Not all sessions are going to be great, not all are going to be relevant, so I am busy downloading all the sessions I couldn't didn't attend.
Download them from:

My Top Tip: If you are watching webcast, you can save yourself some time by watching them faster than normal speed. In Windows Media Player will do this for you do this without increasing the pitch of any voices; so the presenters don't end up sounding like Mickey Mouse.
To do this; show the Play Speed Settings
Now, just move the slider
to your desired speed; Normally 1.4 is good option.
